1. Age Restriction

You must be 18 years or older to purchase from pouch.pt. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age.

2. Products

All products sold on pouch.pt are tobacco-free nicotine pouches. Product images are for illustration purposes only.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in EUR and include IVA (23%). Shipping costs are added at checkout.

4. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via our secure payment processor.

5. Shipping

Orders are shipped via CTT within 1-2 business days for mainland Portugal. See our Delivery page for full details.

6. Returns

Due to the nature of nicotine products, we cannot accept returns of opened items. Sealed, unused products may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Contact support@pouch.pt to arrange a return.
